    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class was a hybrid class, therefore it was only required that we go to class once a week, with doing work online the other day of the week that the class was scheduled for. I learned a lot about topics that are generally awkward.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about bettering my health habits. I never really think about what I am eating or how little I exercise. This class made me more aware of my health habits and encouraged me to improve them if I wanted to live a better life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't just "clock out" when the lecture gets boring or if you think that you already know the information. If you pay attention, you may learn about something that you had no idea existed.
