    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would only recommend this for someone who is more advanced in writing or just someone who likes writing.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course was that there weren't many assignments throughout the semester. I learned about ethos, logos, and pathos and how it was used in everyday things such as commercials, letters, arts, and stories.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering this course you need to make sure you can go to the office hours and that you ask for help because it can be confusing when she explains the assignment.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to freshman. Cheryl is an awesome professor and truly cares about the well being of her students. Definitely a good choice for your English requirement.

    Course highlights:

The course is set up with four major papers due. There is about one a month. Also you learn how to properly use grammar unlike past English courses that i have taken.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate your papers. Set aside a couple hours a week for your papers and they will never stress you out. Grammar quizzes can be done with a partner so take advantage of that!
