    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's a required course. Take it, get it done, then move on to something more interesting.

    Course highlights:

Honestly it depends on how much you pay attention to the class? I didn't really pay much attention to it at all because it's just just a requirement. I have no particular use for it, and I'm only doing it because I have to.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I took the course as a DE course, so it was exclusively online. Take it and trash it like so many other required courses.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it had a lot of class discussions which kept the students active and engaged in the days lesson and assignments.

    Course highlights:

A highlight was going to different passport events that emphasized healthy lifestyles and different ways to stay active around campus.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to make sure every section of the homework is completed at the same time. Usually you have to go through video to write down extra notes, complete 1 or 2 assignments that come with it , and then take a short quiz. I found it is easier to complete it all at once, so nothing is left out.
