This class is not just for health fitness majors. It teaches you fundamentals of lifting, which a lot of students are not aware of. Students can be seen lifting with terrible form at the SRC everyday.
I learned how to complete lifts like the front squat, back squat, dead lift, snatch, clean, and jerk. I also learned how to workout in a specific order to maximize results.

This course is a course you need to study for. Pay attention in class and make flash cards when studying. It is not as easy as it appears.
