    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed taking General Psychology (PSY 111) with Professor Price at Elon University. However, the class required hefty background knowledge on topics discussed in class which made the intro course difficult. The professor did his lectures through power-points that were moderately informative but required a lot of outside reading and preparation.

    Course highlights:

At the end of each week the professor would have us do in class lab experiments. They were often based on the unit and information discussed that week and were very hands on. They made class interesting and definitely benefitted the learning experience overall.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is important to keep up to date with the textbook readings as you will fall behind if you are not careful, as this class required a lot of background knowledge in order to achieve success.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's a great introduction to the subject of Psychology, and helps you decide whether you want to pursue the subject as a major.

    Course highlights:

I learned how predictable humans can be, and how we can study human behavior. We also discussed experiments and human conditions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read and take notes on the textbook. There is a lot of important information in there that you will have to know. Don't fall behind on your reading.
