    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My aim in this class was to hopefully boost my confidence in the area of public speaking. I did not feel as if I was any better at public speaking coming out of the class than I was before.

    Course highlights:

I learned that it takes time to prepare for a speech. Practicing a speech only once or twice before you present it is not always the best idea.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't set your expectations to high going in to this course. I think the aim is more to get people better acquainted with public speaking and its' mannerisms rather than building confidence.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very interactive. I think that its instrumental because we use public speaking everyday.

    Course highlights:

I learned in this class how to communicate my message to the audience effectively. We all have bad habbits that need to be broken when giving a speech and public speaking is an easy way to fix it. The highlights of this class was giving different types of speeches and learning each of the criteria's.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this cousr you need to take all assignments and speeches seriously. Make sure all of your speeches are done in advance. Use your online book and quick tests to see if you are understanding the material

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course as an icebreaker for shy students, and students to participate more in the classroom. Many student can sit in a class for 16 weeks and never participate. Public speaking ensures that will never happen.

    Course highlights:

The highlights are the actual speeches with the powerpoint presentations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Enjoy and participate. It is a life long asset.
