Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for a few reasons. It was very easy and helped me grow my English skills without being forced to write a million papers. Having only written 4, these 4 papers focused on different English writing aspects and helped me sharpen my skills.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to better write specific papers such as persuasive, personal narrative, research and more.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend never waiting until the day-of to work on the papers in this course. I would also recommend taking advantage of the free tutoring at CAC, where they give you advice on your paper and help make it stronger.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The only reason I find myself not recommending this course is because it is very intensive when it comes to the writing portion as well as the intensive brainstorming that needed to be done.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would have to be having a small class size and having more one on one time with the instructor. I learned that I need to take careful steps in the brainstorming process and make sure I plan ahead accordingly.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend taking all the advice given by both peers and professors and working on that. For instance, I had difficulty with word choice; so I always had an online thesaurus on hand.
