Course was excellent. I learned so much about the differences in taking care of ones self and actually improving your health and wellness.
Putting together a chart that depicts areas where you may need improvement. Also, we were given the assignment to create a daily activity journal. This helped me to implement walking and aerobics into my schedule. I had desired to lose weight but this class actually helps you "do" this as opposed to talking about it.

Be prepared to actually examine your own beliefs, diet and level of activity. The course is definitely one that will give you inspiration to move around and become active as well as change your eating habits.
