Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course teaches you all of the basics of writing. It helps you to be successful in all of your other classes by preparing you to write various types of essays. Composition I is very beneficial to surviving college, because there will be essays in almost all courses.

    Course highlights:

The most important thing I learned in this class was to make the essay your own. Even if you hate the topic, try to transform it into a topic you enjoy while still following proper guidelines. If you do this, the paper will be more enjoyable to write.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your work and do not procrastinate. Last minute papers will not make good grades. Also, be creative.
