Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this course online and it was great! Ms. Fried was an amazing teacher and was there for us every step of the way. She always gave us great feedback on our work and she was always available to give advice. I passed her class by working hard and by taking her feedback and advice and applying it to my work.

    Course highlights:

I basically learned how to be a better writer and how to form great essays. I also learned a lot about grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you decided to take the course online, make sure that you on time or ahead your deadlines. That advice should be for every class, but especially if you consider taking an online course.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Matt Morris was a great professor! Everyone loved him and he was good at teaching the material. I really enjoyed going to class every day.

    Course highlights:

He let us choose the topics of our papers to write about them and we also did a power point on our papers so we explained visually what we were writing. He gave excellent feedback.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take Matt Morris! He makes English fun!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a most, not only is it required for most programs but you will never be able to do well in any class that requires papers of any kind without this class.

    Course highlights:

I think the one thing that stood out the most to me was the fact that you have to be very strict when it comes to citation so as to prevent plagiarism. It is important to do your own work and certainly to give credit to those who you have quoted or paraphrased. You want credit for your work, others feel the same way. Besides plagiarism can put a halt to your college career and possibly your hopes of making a good life for yourself.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to soak up as much English rules as you can handle. This course is going to tax your grammar skills your enthusiasm for the English language in general. That being said it is well worth it and if you put your all into it you will polish your professionalism which in turn will serve you well as you enter the job market after you have finished school.
