    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Chef Zoller has a way of making everyone understand the complexities of the French dining style. He is tough but fair. He is willing to assist any student in succeeding if they are willing to try.

    Course highlights:

    I understand the French dining etiquette. I learned to run a successful front of the house. I learned to write a successful business plan for a higher level restaurant

    Ask plenty of questions and work with your team

    Course Overview:

    Yes I would recommend this course, because I get overall best experience along with Awsome chefs and professors. I enjoy my class and I learn so much from it. I go to my dorm everyday and thank god that I am here at school learning everyday.

    Course highlights:

    My highlights of this course is setting up the tables and being able to serve other students. Honestly it's exiting to be able to experience real students actually eating and chefs in the kitchen cooking. Great cooks, great teachers great students!

    The advice I would give students is to STUDY HARD AND PAY ATTENTION! It'll pay off at the end I promise.
