Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course mainly because the teacher is amazing! She was very willing to work with all of her students and she helped us to the best of her ability. I learned a lot through this class and I feel as if it can be very helpful.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the discussion boards. The discussion boards always had very in depth questions that you actually had to do some reading and thinking about before you could answer them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, Study, Study! Do not procrastinate and pay attention. This course can be very beneficial to your education if you take it seriously. I highly recommend taking this course and taking the initiative to learn something from it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a fun eye opener to stereotypes such as; gender and race. This course also approaches the history of sociology and modern sociological views.

    Course highlights:

In this course we were required to read a book called "The Other Wes Moore" this book was good because it showed how poverty can affect the way a child grows up and makes decisions in life versus a child who grows up in a nice home with a family that pays more attention to the child. I believe this book was a good supplement to the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Start on the papers early. I believe I had to write six for this course.
