    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The course covered extremely beneficial knowledge about taking care of your body. You are studying so you can help others exercise, but you come out of the class with knowledge you can apply to yourself.

    Course highlights:

    Energy systems! Everyone thinks that counting calories is enough, but this course covers why that's not exactly the case and which macronutrients you should eat to fuel your body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do. All. Of. The. Busy. Work. The assignments seem pointless but I promise they help.
