    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course specifically introduces disorders dealing with the body and brain such as personality disorders, anxiety disorders and mental disorders in general. The teacher was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of her students. She made it very easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course was learning the different type of treatments that people with these particular disorders go through. Such as exposure therapy, which is when the psychologist exposes the client of the thing or person that is triggering their episode. I also learned that people with these disorders can overcome it and that there's hope, one just has to have patience.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice that I would give to students considering this course is to take it because you will learn a lot and you will not have the same mindset you walked in with.
