Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Byers is really helpful when it comes to this biology course. She cares about how you're performing in the class while keeping the biology interesting. If you have a passion for biology this is a great course to take.

    Course highlights:

In this course, we did many group assignments to help us study for an upcoming test. We learned about the human and plant cell, the process humans go through while breathing, the process humans go through while eating, and more. If you are interested in how the body works then I would recommend this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to past this course, you must first come to class prepared. Come to class ready to learn, fully energized and fully focused. You must also spend time outside of class towards this course. This means constantly studying and reviewing notes, and also taking practice tests and quizzes online. If you manage to do that there should be no reason for you not to succeed in this course.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Lloyd is clear and concise on the lesson every time. He helps you answer any questions and breaks down complex topics into smaller pieces.

    Course highlights:

This course was very fast paced; we went through topics every week. During the first semester it's mainly plants and cells. I learned that studying everyday in this course definitely pays off. Definitely studying and memorizing and knowing the terms and their meaning, will help you succeed in this course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study everyday and know what the vocabulary terms mean. Diagrams help visualize the lesson if you're that kind of person. Using flashcards are a big bonus as well. Study, study, study!!
