    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Bailey is a very informative professor so if you love the history of music or want to know more about it then I recommend taking her course.

    Course highlights:

In this course I gained the knowledge of how much African Americans influenced music from ragtime to jazz. They are true pioneers to music and need to be acknowledge more.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Come in to the classroom ready to work because she gives you a lot of material. Also, be on time to her class!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Music is something you listen to, but don't take the time to understand

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was listening to music that I've heard and that I've never heard before. But not only listening to it, understanding it and feeling what the artist wanted the listener to feel.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Even the "easiest" courses that you think that you will have in college, become the most influential and one you'll never forget about.
