    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Watts is an amazing instructor! She is always willing to answer questions and help tutor you if needed. She is the best math instructor I have ever had.

    Course highlights:

I learned the fundamentals of calculus- limits, derivatives, integrals, & antiderivatives.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, take neat notes, ask questions!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is great due to its introduction to the applications of physics through mathematics that are often left unsaid in a typical physics course.

    Course highlights:

Personally, the most entertaining part of the course was the introduction to first and second order differential equations and their usage in circuits. Though, it also has a challenging portion relating to hydro-static forces.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The greatest advice I can give you in any mathematics course is to practice continually. It's the best investment you can make because it allows for you to understand the material more thoroughly, and you will likely come across questions in the same format on your tests. Textbook problems are especially helpful and don't forget to participate and ask questions.
