This class was tough.
Professor Jacquet does an amazing job relaying complex information to the class about very difficult concepts. That being said, do not take this course if you have a hard time keeping up with new information every lecture or want an easy A- he really wants you to understand the material and asks you to draw detailed diagrams and sketches on exams.
In this class, I learned a lot about what actually happens inside a cell. We talked about very complex details of cell communication and things such as cellular respiration that I had never heard about. The highlight of this course was having a very interesting professor who taught the class in an interesting way in which the material was easy to remember.

Advice for students:
Make sure you keep up with the material, don't take notes off the slides in class- take notes on what he says. Also make sure to write down any diagrams he draws on the board (you'll most likely see these on the exams).
