This class was tough.
Course Overview:
The lectures are very hard to understand because the professor has an accent and speaks relatively quietly. In terms of the content itself, we talk a lot about theoretical applications of electrical circuits but we are tested on how well we memorize certain concepts and recall the formulas associated with it. Overall it is a manageable course if you keep up with the lecture notes and solve all the practice problems that are provided.
Course highlights:
After finishing the course, the one thing we will know for sure is how to utilize concepts such as KVL and KCL to solve numerous different circuit problems. The course focuses on circuits so everything will be revolved around that topic.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Listen to the lecture, solve the problems and homework problems, than go back and read the lecture notes again. Usually the conceptual things begin to make sense after you solve a couple problems rather than the other way around.
