    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class has a light workload outside of the classroom but I would not recommend it. The texts in the class are boring and hard to understand, the material drags on, and the concepts are so abstract that nobody in the class has a clue what is going on.

    Course highlights:

The only thing I liked about this class is that you could connect the texts to pretty much anything. So for instance, I am interested in feminism and the treatment of women so I was able to write one of my papers on the difference between current and past treatment of women in India and how it is influenced by the texts we read.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would make sure you read all of the texts ahead of time, make a study group with a few people in your class, and take notes on every little idea that comes out of your teacher's mouth. Also, get some coffee beforehand so you don't fall asleep.
