    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in pursuing a career with companion animals! Dr. Serao is a committed, thorough teacher who truly cares about the treatment and betterment of animal life as well as helping her students learn.

    Course highlights:

I greatly enjoyed the guest speakers that Dr. Serao brought into the classroom o a regular basis. A few of the organizations which were represented were the Cary K-9 Unit, the Wake County ASPCA, Triumphant Tails (a service dog organization), and NC State's very own K-9 Unit. Through these and other lectures, the class was able to explore job opportunities in the field and learn just how big of a role companion animals play in the daily lives of everyone in the surrounding area.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is relatively easy as long as you keep up with the material, take notes, and attend class. Also, if you still need help, communicate with the TA's and they will be happy to assist.
