    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Good teacher but overall it's just so much work and time. I can't tell you how many hundreds of hours I spent on this class in one semester but the only thing that will get you through it is hard work and tears. Study even when you're sure of the materials because I can guarantee you that you will blank once that test is in front of you. Flashcards help and study groups do too.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was the beginning when everything made sense and I actually enjoyed it. Past the first test, everything went downhill. We mainly learned about carbons and their reactions and what the products are and how they are formed.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you balance your work load and aren't taking any other difficult classes that semester because it will eat up your time.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course not because I enjoyed it, but because it is necessary. I have multiple friends that have altered their original majors due to this one course. Just do it! Once you learn the new language of shapes, and chemical reactions you'll make it through the course.

    Course highlights:

It becomes fun once you understand the structures and get to see chemical reactions come to life on your paper. You get a lot of those "A HA!" moments.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take your easy courses while taking this course. This course requires practice. Just practice, get a study group, and speak with students who have taken it before to figure out how to study for the course.
