This course is a very basic overview of exercise science. It might help you personally stay fit or it might be the beginning of your education on how to teach other people how to stay fit.
I learned different fitness testing in order to put a numerical value on fitness level.

The labs are very important. There were not very many assignments. The majority of the grades came from lab participation and the completion of the lab handout.
