Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is really interactive and students put their input, so the professor isn't doing all the talk. We have weekly current news speeches we do to prepare the students for their final ones and the midterms and final exams. The student can choose what ever topics they choose, unless it is inappropriate. When students have speeches, hey are recorded and given feedback, so they can can see what they are doing wrong and how it can be fix. What's important is that it's an open environment!

    Course highlights:

I have always been shy but taking this class has given me more confidence to talk in front of my class and in front of groups. I have not only the professor but my friends and fellow classmates to help me figure a way to succeed better in my next speeches when my previous one wasn't what I had hope it would be. So even though public speaking isn't my strong subject, I am learning to overcome my weakness and get better and learn form it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are having a really hard time then have a session with your professor one-on-one, have your friends help you practice in front of them, and have your head held high.
