This course was very informational on learning the different types of health diseases that occur in our bodies and learning how to participate and engage in our community to inform people about how important their health is.
The Highlights of this course were learning the major tips to keeping and treating our bodies healthy. I learned about the importance of exercising, taking vitamins, and mainly eating the smart important foods.

Be open minded and willing to learn and accept what will be taught to you. It will all pay off in the end; especially if you look forward to pursing in the health field in the future.
