    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Taking ECON 101 during the summer gives you a smaller classroom coupled with a faster pace. It is so much easier in the summer because you have better access to the teacher to ask questions. Be sure to visit office hours frequently. Homework worksheets are given every night and by doing them thoroughly, you will be able to understand the material better. Having a longer class period helps too because there is a lot of information to cover but there's also time for questions.

    Course highlights:

I learned everything that I would have learned taking ECON during a regular semester, but I feel that I learned it better because I really had to have a grasp on the material fast.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go see your teacher if you don't get something. Don't wait until you get to the test review or you will fall behind. Work through the problems - if you don't know how to do it, ask someone in your class. Making a study group helps a lot.
