    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Though the course can be helpful and interesting at different points, it was mostly unorganized and repetitive. The only reason I recommend is because it is an easy A and you get to bask in the presence of Dean of the Media and Journalism School Susan King.

    Course highlights:

This course gave an overview of all majors within the Media and Journalism department and helped me narrow down my options to just the few things I was interested in within the classroom.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My biggest tip is to do what I did: sit on the front row, answer all the questions you are able to, and create a rapport with the professors and TAs. This has already started coming in handy for me, and I know if I need a letter of recommendation I can go to one of them.
