    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Cao offers a great introductory course for biology majors. It gives students the opportunity to see how challenging the upper level courses can be. If you can do well in this course then the rest of the classes will be breeze. It is certainly worth the effort.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course include evolution and difficult chapter on plant physiology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take it! I may seem hard but it a good introduction to college. Most students are not accustomed to studying. This class will force you to find some study skills that you can use throughout the rest of your academic career.

    Course Overview:

He doesn't make anything interesting and has an incorrect point system.

    Course highlights:

I am not exactly sure. You should already know some of the topics, but the new ones he introduced he talks about them quickly and it didn't really have time to marinate.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to SI sessions and study after class and review the notes.
