Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this course with Yokono Sensei because she cares a lot about her students' success in the course. She knows that this is an introductory Japanese Language course and she tries her best to get students to understand the concepts well.

    Course highlights:

I learned Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

ALWAYS go to class, make sure you print out the flash cards because they will help you A LOT in the beginning. You can make up two quizzes, which will boost your grade quite a bit so make sure you do that. The first couple of months are very quiz extensive so make sure you are studying early on so you can rest towards the end of the semester. She says that only the top 50% of students can make an A in the course, but if you try your hardest, always do your homework, and study for quizzes and tests, you should make an A.
