    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it's a fun course about the way beverages impact history in a way you would never have thought of before. It is a way to challenge your research skills while making friends and memories at the same time.

    Course highlights:

The whole course is about how things like soda and beer shape history. I learned so much I never knew about the way people use drinks.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You HAVE to do the readings. If you don't you're going to be lost. They're time consuming but very interesting and helpful in the end.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You can tell Ms. Katsanos really cares about her classes. She brings up discussions relevant to the class program and lets the students hold open discussions. The group atmosphere she enables helps students really digest what the LBST 2102 lesson plan involves.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the group discussions. I learned all sorts of information about global religions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and take good notes for eat RAT. They are 70% of your grade, do not take them lightly.
