Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class consisted of real life examples of business conflicts and learning the strategies to solve imperative issues in today’s work place. Each week the class would be separated into groups and were given different debates. This was the most beneficial part of my education as it forced students into thinking outside of their own opinions.

Make sure you do the readings before heading into the debates because the teacher will randomly assign groups. If you did not do the readings you will be playing catch up.
