    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is an easy course you just have to do the work, and it is essential.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to use MATLAB. I get to work in teams.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do what the teacher asks and you will be fine.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Even though this is a required course, I wouldn't recommend it. The course is title Intro into engineering, but it doesn't provide you with a basis of the different concentration of engineering. It's mainly anot excel course that focuses on coding.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course had to be the bridge competition. We are assigned to groups of 4 or 5 and we have to build a wood truss bridge and test the strength of the bridge.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to anyone taking this class would to study the macros, and have a good understanding of the basic coding concepts that are reviewed in class. If you do that you should be able to get an A in the class because the rest of the course covers basic material.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is pretty easy. You learn how to use an unnecessary CAD system but if you already know how to use inventor or any other CAD system you should be just fine. This class also has you learn how to do basic html which seems silly for mechanical engineering students but it's a cool skill to have none the less. I recommend this course for any mechanical engineering student. It's an easy A.

    Course highlights:

I learned basic HTML code and how to use CREO.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep on top of your work. Find a few friends in the course, you will need their perspective on some of the assignments and they will need yours.
