    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course. Professor Waddell is very passionate about Jazz which makes learning about it that much more interesting. The tests are exactly what he tells you to take notes on. Professor Waddell makes sure you have every piece of information needed to be successful on the test.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were that there were very little tests. There were 4 tests total over the entire semester. They were easy for the most part. Waddell asks you to attend 2 Jazz concerts and write a paper on them. He is a very easy grader. Taking this class will allow you to truly appreciate Jazz music more.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly suggest you listen to every song he tells you to. There is a listening portion of the test and he will randomly select which ones to play. Make sure to know the song title and composer.
