    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it helps you as a first-time student to learn about the school. Another benefit of this class is that it teaches about how to manage time and stress that comes with being a freshman in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about myself in this class. A big thing that they teach is self-reflection through journals and class discussions.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

come to class willing to participate in discussions
