    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It is an expansion of P.E., but rather than discussing health as a touchy subject our professor tackles it with complete transparency

    Course highlights:

    The honesty in terms of my health. I used to be a bulimic and have always been concerned of my body image, but this course is teaching me that I am completely healthy. I just need to cut back on the sodium.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to the gym and eat healthier! The skills in this course is really helpful in terms of your health, and yes it is good to have passing grades, but what is the worth of education if you do not use it?
