    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Hammond does a great job at engaging the class in the topics. His teaching is extremely conservative, and as a liberal, I still recommend this class. He is funny and there is never a dull moment (except maybe when you don't want to look at any more supply and demand graphs!) In conclusion, I definitely recommend.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about basic economics. This was my very first economics class, and honestly, I struggled with it. However, I came out of this course knowing a whole lot more than when I started. This course includes a little bit of macro and micro.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings! This professor says that the readings are mandatory and then makes them optional about a month into the course. However, they end up coming up for the exams.
