    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this course for every student because I believe one of the most important aspects of college is learning to see the world through new and different perspectives. Majority of students are not philosophy majors and may find this course a bit challenging in that it activates their brains in new and different ways. A subject like philosophy can connect many contemporary topics to other subjects, such as math, history, or english.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write a philosophy paper. They are a very different style of writing than anything I had ever participated in before and I am grateful for the experience of learning something new.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Sit in the front row, be talkative, and pro-active about your studies and participation. This is important if you want to get the most out of a course.
