Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is essential when it comes to many different careers, Biology provides you with the foundation of the study of life. It gives you an inside look at how living things function. This class also provides a lot of hands on activities that will help further your understanding.

    Course highlights:

The labs were my favorite, considering I am a hands on learner and it aided me best with my studying. I learned a lot about the functions of living organisms and how they live, adapt and reproduce in our environment.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Its not a course you can slide through, it requires lots of studying and practicing. Its not a very hard class, but its not the easiest. If you go in with a mindset of "I can do it", you will be just fine!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it provides such great basic information that can be used in almost any field of study. I often find myself thinking back on the material covered in class and feeling thankful to have taken it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were both learning how the body builds and uses different macronutrients, and how what we eat effects that, and learning about the ecosystem and the invaluable part nature and animals play in it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take learning the material seriously. If you don't spend time going over the textbook and other material outside of the classroom, there is no way you will learn enough to do well on the exams.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love Biology and I feel that this instructor went over the call of duty to make sure that all of the students got the information.

    Course highlights:

I would say that your notes will be your Bible in this course. The textbook is used but not as helpful as the notes taken in class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For me, repetition is key. I re-read, re-study every topic learned in lecture. For every lecture, I study for 3 hours.
