Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking this class! I love learning about our history, and Dr. Kaiser did an amazing job of conveying all of the course material in a fun, easy to follow, interesting way. This was my favorite class of the whole semester, and I always enjoyed it every single time I went. I looked forward to it each day.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed Dr. Kaiser's unique way of teaching. He was very good at making the course materials interesting, and we always got to do so many fun assignments. I particularly enjoyed getting to analyze the political cartoons!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely study, and have a good work ethic. If you tend to be lazy, you will struggle in this class greatly.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you're a driven student who loves facts sprinkled in with humor and wit, you will LOVE Dr. Nelson's class. Some of the coursework can be overwhelming, but she is more than willing to help you out. If you put in the work, she recognizes that and will help you along. She also offers extra credit, so it's a fail-proof class - which is good since it's history!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from the group projects. Group projects often suck, yes, but she way she structures them is really chill. If you take them seriously, you can have a lot of fun! She regularly recognizes and rewards students on an individual basis who work hard.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention and work hard! It's a lot of material (it is history, after all!), but if you put in the work, she meets you halfway and will help you along. If you go in to it with the mindset that it'll be boring and you won't learn anything, then you won't. But if you go in with an open mind and a willingness to learn, you will have fun!
