Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The name of this class of Principles of Management. This class taught me the fundamentals to management and how there is more than just one style of management.
In this course, I learned different fundamentals to Management such as the "pyramid" of management where your owners are at the top and your entry-level staff covered the base of the pyramid. In this course you learned what was in between of those 2 things. Another topic we had was how to manage such as a more power minded manager as compared to someone who relied on analytics to get the day job and reports at the end of the month or year more effective.

Advice for students:
As long as you study each chapter's main topics and understood the difference between different styles of management you should do just fine in this course. There was nothing out of the ordinary about this course that would make people too confused.
