Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Waehler is a very kind hearted Professor! He keeps his lectures interesting and humorous.

    Course highlights:

The course is basically an overview of the major theories on personality. I originally thought it would therefore focus on things like the characteristics of Introverts, Extroverts etc. However, a Personality Theory is more so a theory explaining and predicting how individuals develop patterns of behavior. Some theorists have categories of Personality trends like the ones mentioned above but not all. Some just explain how healthy and unhealthy patterns of behavior are obtained. Sigmund Freud largely influences most of these theories.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise to keep up with the readings and study extensively for the exams. The exams are a bit difficult. Also this is one of the first classes that I wish I had a laptop for notes instead of hand writing them. This course contains a lot of notes and it becomes quite strenuous on my hands and wrists.
