    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Great class to take for an introduction to the Exercise Science Program. My recommendation would be to take it early, it is not a prerequisite course but it is helpful. I took it late into the program because it is a required class, but it worked out to break up some of the harder classes. This one is easy.

    Course highlights:

The number one highlight was having guest speakers come into class on a regular basis (1-2 speakers per 2 weeks) and speak with the class on what their profession was and how it developed. We learned tons of different professions that are degree was able to put us in.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it early on to see if this program is one you want to purse. If you know it is one you want to purse and have made your mind up, enroll in this class a little later giving you some breathing room with your harder courses.
