Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

World Religion was a great course. I thought that I was very knowledgeable of the different Religions until this course. Having an open mind and respect for beliefs and worldviews other than own is Key.

    Course highlights:

I learned the culture, traditions and backgrounds of Religions other than my own.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to anyone taking this class is to keep an open mind and respect at all times. Many students disagree and become very disrespectful to each other. It's a great course but there is a lot of reading. I would advise to read in advance.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This past semester I was able to take this course online, which allowed me to open up and have very civil conversations with my professor and classmates regarding different religions of the world. This class opened up my mindset to very different cultures of the world in a positive, non-biased way. I recommend this class for anyone interested in religion and other cultures, history, or learning about themselves and their personal beliefs.

    Course highlights:

I honestly really enjoyed writing the many essays that are required throughout the course- researching and making connections about other cultures to my own beliefs was very interesting and helped me grow spiritually.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Before taking this course, I recommend opening your mind to learn about and see the world from perspectives that might not match your own. This helped me grow in my beliefs and in my understanding of others!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to absolutely everyone. This class gives an amazing introduction to religions throughout the world and gives a glimpse into other people's world views.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were, as strange as this sounds, the reading and the papers. Both made you really engage and dive into the content, which definitely helped me learn more.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to actually attend class and study for the tests. Basically the best thing to do is try your hardest. If students actually try and pay attention as well as do the necessary participation, they will love it.
