Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Kennedy challenges you to delve deeper into the topic. He asks a lot but you will be happy, and surprised by what you're able to produce. Despite the class being online, Professor Kennedy kept everyone engaged.

    Course highlights:

It's important to really look at what you communicate and how you communicate it. Body language, emails over phone calls, face to face meetings all mean different things to different people. Good leaders must find ways, multiple ways, to keep their teams engaged and productive. They must also realize that those two terms are certainly not one in the same.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to work and and actively participate. Passive effort will not fly in this course. It's easy to express your opinion, but it takes work to convince someone else why it's valid.
