This course pertains to initiating and implementing change within an organization. Changes within an organization is inevitable and necessary for organization to remain relevant and to thrive.
There are six images of change that a change agent may use to interpret how a change will be implemented in an organization. In addition, many strategies are introduced to help facilitate changes in an organization.
