Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course really helps you explore your personal bias and come to terms with some real truths about yourself. The instructor is awesome and makes the class even more interesting with her exchanges in the discussions. She also creates a weekly prayer and affirmation board for students to refer to.

I realized how personal bias can creep in without our even being aware. I have learned how to recognize when my thoughts may be biased and stop to change them and how I interact with others.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to do a lot of reading and a lot of soul searching.
