    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to a student because Linda Chase is a very passionate and driven women focused on the success of her students. Her class can be somewhat difficult but only with material she is able to teach well and would be normally be expected out of an accounting degree pursuer.

    Course highlights:

I learned and used Sage 50 an accounting software program, worked with and analyzed company annual reports, and obtained knowledge about accounting principles, regulations, standards and information all while working in a great environment.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the homework and attend class. Study at the end of the week or a little at the end of the day and don't be afraid to ask questions.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot about Accounting and what to expect on the CPA exam and about financial statements.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Financial statements and the components of these statements Public Companies make available to others.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would give students the advice to read the textbook. They should pay attention during class and get their work done ahead of time. Make sure to talk to the teacher when you are struggling. It is important to prepare for all the tests.
