Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course load is not bad at all. Professor sets very realistic expectations and does a great job providing assistance and preparation for assignments.

    Course highlights:

The ins and outs of MLA formatting and citing sources properly/avoiding plagiarism make up most of this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait until the last minute to write the papers. They may seem daunting but getting started is the hardest part. You need to put time into it in order to get a good grade

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would reccomend this course, because it teaches the basics of college writing. If you didn't take any college courses in highschool then this is a good course to take.

    Course highlights:

I leaned a lot about college writing that I didn't know before. The professor was nice and always willing to help if anybody was struggling.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The essays may seem intimidating at first, but if you don't put it off and start early you will pass the class very easily.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches students skills that they will use in all their other courses, especially if they are required to conduct a research project in order to graduate.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to conduct research by using several modes of media. Also, I learned how to use ethos, pathos, and logos to defend an argument, but also how to use them to make counterarguments.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Use all your resources, the professors want to see you succeed, but you have to put your best foot forward and show that you want their help. If you don't schedule one on one time on your own, then you won't get the help.
