Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course for people willing to tackle a full semester's worth of labs in four weeks. The lecture portion, taught by Harsh Mathur, is perfectly doable and I recommend it if you are looking to get a quick catch-up course over the summer. If you are looking to do it during the fall or spring semesters, it is even better because professor Mathur has a deep understanding of the material, and is better than any textbook at laying out the material in an easy-to-understand way.

    Course highlights:

We learned all the fundamental laws of classical electromagnetism, although without the differential form. We learned how all of the equations were derived and were shown how they work in reality during the lab portion. We also did a lot with circuits using the conventional approaches as well as shortcuts used by professionals. We also learned the basics of optics, that is, imaging using concave and convex lenses and mirrors.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Seriously consider taking it in the fall or spring. The summer is brutal.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Although he is not the best professor, exams are fairly very easy as long as you do practice exams and problems. His homework is graded very easily, so it is easy to get good grades.

    Course highlights:

Content is not much exciting, but easy.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Put more effort in doing practice problems than homework when preparing for his exams. Homework does not help much.
