Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a fantastic way to become acquainted with the workings of the American government. It allows you to have a better understanding of the nation we live in.

    Course highlights:

This course really gave a fantastic overview of how the government functions, the Constitution is used in America today, and how the bible applies to government. It covers famous supreme court cases, as well as books written about the American society as a whole.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to take the time to read the material! It is difficult to read. but if you do it and take proper notes, then the course should be a breeze. Stay on top of Amusing Ourselves to Death, as it will become very relevant whenever you have to write an essay regarding it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was an extremely educational course. It helped me understand the political world and its inner workings. The readings were profound and challenging, and I enjoyed reading the passages written by famous Americans, along with the important Supreme Court cases.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different political parties and their values, along with who was affiliated with them. I learned in greater detail how the different houses of government worked. I was also given an overview of certain movements in American history.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the readings and take notes! I failed at note taking for most of the course and regretted it. Some of the readings are pretty hard to understand, so you'll have to set aside time to really think them over.
